Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, it enters production before it is shipped.

Production time is typically 2–5 business days.
During holidays or periods of high demand, production may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available), allowing you to follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
